I was given a Holland NG grill. Unfortunately I have only LP. I know people generally go from LP to NG and I don't find help going NG to LP. I got it converted and working BUT it takes forever to cook anything. I've checked the burner, all holes open and working. What can I do to get it hot enough to cook in less than an hour?
It sounds like a pressure problem. Try checking to see if a valve or regulator may be clogged. Some times a valve or regulator or event he line it self may have spider webs or spider nest inside the line and that will block the flow.

I converted a Sam's Club Members Mark grille last year and just did some research on the internet and found a numbered drill size chart that gave me the correct drill size to use on each burner(side,main and rear)for the proper BTU supply for the size or BTU rating for your burner. I drilled them, All has worked well! I know Ducane will tell you not to do that, but I think it is a legal issue. If you have a problem, they don't to get a letter from your lawyer.

On the weber model you need to purchase the natural gas model. It will cost you alot more to buy all parts needed to convert. Weber doesnt want you to convert do to safety reasons. This is why they will only tell you you can't convert. Buy the right grill and save yourself a headache.

Weber sells conversion kits. Basically, you need a new regulator and manifold to accommodate LP instead of the existing regulator/manifold setup for natural gas. Unfortunately, Weber does not sell their parts online. Their parts phone # is: 877-731-8081
