How do I connect phone to plantronics

hi June,
I assume you are using a Plantronics wireless headphone? ensure your phone is on and Bluetooth is switched on in your phone settings.
hold the button on the headphone until the light starts flashing, if this does not happen ensure the headphone is charged. in Bluetooth options on your phone ensure your phone is set to "can be seen by other devices" and then use "scan devices" to find your headphone, if you see Plantronics in the list select it and press "pairing" this will then connect the headset to the phone. once paired, everytime your headset is on and Bluetooth is on, you need to just press the button on the headset and it will automatically connect to your phone.(as long as the headset name is not deleted from the Bluetooth list)

If your phone does not show in the headset in the Bluetooth list, keep the phone scanning and press the button on the headset to start the light flashing this is now causing the headset to search for the phone. once the headset shows in the phone list do as above.

I hope this was useful.

HOW DO I LOAD MUSIC ON MY BLUEDIO HEADSET FROM MY MINI MAC

Hey Ronald!

To be able to load music onto your Bluetooth Headset, you're going to first want to connect the headset with your Mac! To do this use the following steps:

Step 1: Click on the Apple logo in the upper left of the Mac, then choose System Preferences. Inside of System Preferences, choose Bluetooth.

Step 2: This screen should show a list of Bluetooth devices connected. Make sure the "Bluetooth is Turned On" on the Mac. You can toggle it on the left side. Make sure the Headset is currently turned off.

Step 3: Once the Headset is turned off and the Bluetooth on the Mac is turned on, turn on your Bluetooth Headset to place it into Discovery Mode. Keep an eye on your Devices list because once it appears, select it from this list.

Step 4: After it's been chosen from this list, you will now have it as an Output Audio device. You can always double check this in System Preferences in the Sounds section, on the Output tab.

Next, we want to be able to play music through that Bluetooth Headset. Go ahead and open up iTunes or try playing a video on the Mac Mini to ensure the audio is received!

I have linked two articles from the Apple Support website which may offer some additional assistance:

My recorder isnt working

Good morning, afternoon, evening or night; whatever time of day you are viewing this solution. Thank you for choosing FixYa to solve your problem. The recording feature of your electronic device isn't working properly? You should try turning the volume up on the microphone so it can pick up your voice clearer when talking. If you still can't playback any recordings, check the volume settings of your device on your computer. This is located in the Control Panel (Windows) and the System Preferences (MAC OS) applications of your computer. Go into your operating system's preferences and increase the microphone volume. You may also need to select your headset device as the default recording device (Windows) or the Output Device for recording (MAC OS). If you want my opinion, I think your headset device is not set as the default recording device. If you don't have a headset as the default recording device or output recording device, you can turn the volume up to the maximum setting and you still won't be able to record anything because the computer has another device (if any microphones are installed in the PC) as its default or output recording device. That's why it's important to check your system preferences for a headset to make sure it has the proper settings. I hope you understand this solution and that you can record audio on your headset. Reply back if you need step-by-step instructions.

I AM NOT ABLE TO PAIR JABRA BT135 WITH MY BLACKBERRY 9700. WHAT SHALL I DO?

Hi,Instructions on how to pair blue tooth device with black berry.

Pair Your Blackberry with a Bluetooth Headset

Turn on Bluetooth headset and Blackberry hand-held.

Enable the Bluetooth radio by going to the options window and clicking on Bluetooth. Click on Enable Bluetooth in that window.

Add your Bluetooth headset to your Blackberry by clicking on Add Device in the Bluetooth window.

Find and select the name of your Bluetooth headset from the list that appears. The Blackberry will search for all Bluetooth devices within range, so other devices might show up on the list.

Click Activate Bluetooth device if you receive a call and the Bluetooth headset does not pick up automatically.

Use your Bluetooth Headset with your Blackberry

Make sure the Bluetooth radio on your Blackberry is turned on before you try to use your Bluetooth headset.

Use the voice-dial feature to call contacts if your headset has that capability. Not all headsets support voice dialing, but more of the newer models do.

Press the on/off button on your headset to end a call or use the end button on the handheld.

    Tips & Warnings

Pair your Blackberry with any Bluetooth-enabled device using the same steps as those for connecting a Bluetooth headset.

Remove your Bluetooth headset from the list of paired devices on your Blackberry by selecting and clicking on Delete Device in the Bluetooth window.

Configure your Blackberry to connect to a paired Bluetooth headset without asking for authorization in the Bluetooth Device Properties window. That will allow your headset to automatically reconnect even if you take it out of range temporarily.

Only configure a Bluetooth headset to your Blackberry once. Once you configure the pairing between the two devices, the settings are saved and you do not have to repeat the processes each time you use it.

Turn off the Bluetooth radio on your Blackberry when not in use for security reasons.

Adjust volume on your headset or hand-held to a comfortable level. Excess volume from in-the-ear headsets can cause hearing damage.

    Have a nice day .

    5. Enter in the pairing code that was included with your headset (printed on the headset manual or on the device itself) into your phone when prompted. You may find the pairing code on a sticker attached to the headset, or written in the instruction book for your headset.
    6. Exit out of the settings menu and try using your new headset. If the headset does not work, go through the steps again to make sure you entered the code correctly.
