VIRUS : ScreenJacker more likely . Plug into another monitor using a VGA to VGA cable , boot up and try to run MALWAREBYTES before the virus kills the keyboard and mouse too . Good luck...................... P.s. Try RKill too , if you can find it .
This is a hard drive issue, remove hardware and reseat it back into place, sometimes this will work and run fine. But it is more than likely your hard drive will need to be replaced.
