Some monitors change colour if there is damage, internally, within the signal cable. Try another cable if you have one.
Alternatively, it might be that the monitor is near an extremely strong magnetic source, such as big loudspeakers?

If your camera came with a CD (driver), install that on your computer, than connect camera to computer, using the usb chord that came with the camera. Switch on camera and you should access the SD card from the My Computer menu.
Another way is to take out the SD card and plug it to the computer by an card reader or from most Note Book computers, a SD card slot built into the sides somewhere. to access the SD Card, you open My Computer and double click on the SD card icon, open the varoius folders in there to find you photos.
You need to access the Bios menu on the computer depending manufacturer of the computer as to how the Bios is accessed its usually F1, F2 or the ESC button is pretty commonly used. Once Bios is accessed look for options or other means to access password options.
