I have a dixon 8channel powered mixer model no.fx8-400 non of it's channels seems to work there's no sound what must i check

If it lights up when you turn it on, it won't be the fuse being blown. If there is no sound, not even hum, when it's turned up, it's probably the output section is blown and it needs to go to the shop.

No sound

Check to see if tone arm is in the correct position and did not get jostled out of place during the move.

Be sure needle did not get damaged.

Check to see if cartridge wires came loose during move.

Did turntable slip out of position?

Any cables come unplugged?

Any amplifier fuses blown or mechanism power supply fuses blown?

MOX6 won't turn on. When switch is pushed, it makes a brief faint electronic sound and nothing else. Tried a different power supply block of equal values (12v 1.5A) and still no power up.

You might have an internal fuse blown. If you are capable, open up the keyboard and visually look at the fuses. If one is blown, replace with the same amp rating. Good luck!

Roland ac 60 sudden loss of power. Is it the fuse?

If you mean it's completely dead, no lights or anything, then probably the fuse is blown. The question then becomes"what caused the fuse tio blow?".
If however, by loss of power you mean it's quiter but still producing sound, then the fuse is not blown.

Brand New Ampeg Ba 600 210. Only Used durin 2 shows. Sound is awesome. Go to use it this weekend and absolutely no sound at all coming through the speakers. Compression, eq and Everything else working when...

Another person posting on here I suggested opening his unit and he had blown speakers. I think these that are DOA after previous use may be blown during the previous shutdown of the amp driving them and those with built in amps are blown when mixer is powered down putting out a large pulse. Hopefull the amp is blown rather than the speakers... cheaper to repair. Open and check for a fuse, but dont' replace it until you find out the cause of it blowing as additional damage can occur.

I used my monitors at high volume for approximately 1 hour and they stopped working. One monitor has no volume and the other has very low minimum volume.

You may have blown a fuse in the amplifier. Refer to Appendix A: Service Info in this guide http://www.mackie.com/products/mr5/pdf/mr5_om.pdf under No Power section, and if the fuse it not blown, try some of the solutions under No Sound. Hope this helps!

Need a fuse for a lowrey-genie organ-44

If the fuse blew, it is for a reason. Probably shorted filter capacitors.

NO sound through the AMP even though the power light comes on

Not a fuse. First thing, to check your speaker (amp unplugged, of course), touch the + and - speaker connections to a 9V battery. If you don't hear a pop sound then your speaker is blown. Thus, no output sound. If speaker is OK, then the output IC is your problem.
