No such part number. Samsung parts mostly start with BN or BP.

I would suspect a failure of the DMD Module. This is right in the center of the Lens area of the TV and has a small fan right behind the module. This is the video processing area of this TV and controls what the lens is sending out to the mirror and screen assembly. If this does appear on all devices, then I would not expect that anything outside the TV would cause your problem. A part number beginning with BN-94 or BN-96 should be found to order a replacement part. Often, these parts can be found on e-Bay.

I had the same issue. I ended up replacing the main board. Part number BN-94-02821B
