Delete files from the internal memory

Hi, I need to delete the files from the internal memory of a BenQ gp10 projector. I only have access to a macbook and when i delete the files in the finder they remain on the projector but within a trash folder. If you could suggest a workaround to wiping the internal memory that'd be brill! Thanks.

Hi, thanks for your quick response. I tried that and the files were deleted from the Finder window, and I emptied the trash.

However when I go onto the projectors internal memory they are still there in a folder called trash.

Instead of deleting them from your gp10, try moving them off the gp10 to your MacBook. Then delete them from the MacBook.

Rachael: The .Trash is a byproduct of the MAC OS. Think of it like the recycle folder on a Windows PC. The only other suggestion I can think of is get a friend/family member to hook up a Windows based PC and delete the file of the BenQ internal drive that way. Then clear the recycle trash can folder.

How to delete if internal memory card full

Hi
You can either download photo, data files to a SD card, another device (computer) or simply delete unwanted data by using the file brower. Locate, the unwanted files in storage, camera, or certain apps folders, & delete files. Don't delete any file in system folder. Hope this helps. Regards Bob from OZ

Internal memory is full,I have erased all

Take out memory card from camera, format internal memory to delete all pictures at once or delete them one by one.
Once memory card is inserted in camera, internal memory is no longer available to store/ delete pictures so remove memory card from camera to get access to internal memory.

Trying to move photos from internal storage to computer

Do you use your phone to browse the internet? if so, go to internet explorer -> options -> memory. and let it delete all temporary internet files. That should free a lot of internal storage. Turning your phone off and on again can also help to delete temporary files to make room in your storage memory.

How do I delete files from the internal memory?

When that happened with me, I plugged it in my computer and just deleted it there. I think that worked. Or that was why I switched the whole thing to "mass storage device" and left it that way. It was easier.

Can't install mp610 printer

The drivers for the printers you deleted may not have been deleted from the system print server.

Play it safe and make sure you have source files for re-installing any print drivers you delete.
From the "Printers and Faxes" window, select File/Print Server.
Select the DRIVERS tab, delete any drivers referring to the Canon printer.

Reboot or alternatively, use the services.msc to stop and restart the print spooler service. Now try to install your new drivers.

Can I delete the PIF frames and sound files stored in the camera's internal memory?

Yes. There are two ways to delete the PIF frames and sound files from the camera: * Connect the camera to a computer and drag the EPUDL folder and EPSOUND folder to the recycle bin or trash can on your computer. * Format the camera’s internal memory. Note: If you plan to restore the sound files to the camera’s internal memory, save a backup copy of the EPSOUND folder before you delete the folder.
