Help me with Ncomputing L110 the old hardware TS Error - winlogon FAiled

I've try to connect but still fail....my step - XP service pack 2 - enable fast swicthing login - only do the crossing LAN (pc to thinPC) - already from bootsrv appears anyting what can i do again? plis help

If your existing LAN has DHCP assigned IP addresses, you will be good to go. If you have statically assigned IP addresses, you will need to enter them in manually into the device. Their website has a very good instructional video on the procedures to hook up the devices. It will work with standard cat5,cat5E, or cat6 wiring.

But, it's likely an issue specific to the T110 (quick way to isolate is to run 2003 Server in a VM on the same machine to see if you still have the issue). Please recheck which model number you are working with, since what you are describing sounds like the L300 and not the L230. If it is the L300, then you may have initiated a firmware update from the console or from within the device. TS Error internal in l230 pls give me the solution

My recommendation is to uninstall the vSpace software, reboot, run their cleanup utility, and reinstall the latest version. Before reinstalling, make SURE that you have applied any Service Packs and ALL of the current MS updates. Additionally, browse Device Manager and make sure there are NO missing or conflicting drivers. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT install from the provided CD. As of this posting date, the cleanup utility is available here: nc-eng.com/tools/ncuninstall. The most up to date vSapce for L230 is on the NComputing download site. If you hit this post later and the supplied URLs are not valid call NComputing TS at 888-365-1210. Lastly do NOT forget to register the vSpace software.

I am trying to connect to a second terminal to a second computer and I am getting ts eror internal!!!

This sounds like an issue with an L230 not an X300. Uninstall any current version of vSpace. Reboot. Make sure you have no missing or conflicting device drivers inside of device manager. Then run the NComputing cleanup utility located here: www.nc-eng.com/tools/ncuninstall.exe. Download current version for your OS from the NComputing download site, install vSpace and reboot and register. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT install from the provided CD and upgrade. Simply install straight from the download file I provided in the link. Lastly make SURE you REGISTER vSpace. Be sure to enable the background hardware activation option. This is available on the last screen of the registration or in the NComputing System console, under System Settings.

Try the following step :

Pre-Installation Steps
  • Log onto PC with an account that has Administrative Privileges.
  • Disconnect ScanSnap scanner, if connected.
  • Close any open applications.
  • Install ScanSnap Manager, ScanSnap & CardMinder software from the ScanSnap Setup CD-ROM.

    • Upon reboot of the installation you may receive an error message stating, “Failed to initialize driver module.” Please disregard and continue.
ScanSnap fi-5110EOX Vista Update Pack Installation Steps
  1. Download the fi-5110EOX Update Packs (Vista 32-bit Support)

    1. ScanSnap Manager V3.0 – ssv3020up.exe
    2. CardMinder V2.0L10-V2.0L11 – cm2012.exe
  2. Install all two update packs that were downloaded in Step #1.

    1. Reboot is NOT required after each update pack.
  3. Reboot the PC after all three update packs installed completely.
  4. Connect ScanSnap Scanner via USB, open lid, let Windows Vista install the new hardware.

Please run the ncx2000xp update now or uninstall in the control panel/ software the latest windows hotfix service patch

I suppose you have a counterfeit hardware for an original Ncomputing software built-in. The only solution to that is NOT TO UPDATE YOUR WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK 2. Once you updated your Windows XP, your PC Station users cannot connect to your SERVER anymore.

If you have done the updates, just UNINSTALL the updates.

How can i install windows xp sp3 in compaq presario cq60-104tu.

Ok it must be one of this problems:

1) you had vista, you wanted xp for whatever reason. you are doing a fresh install using the service pack 3 disk. there is hardware combatiblity issues and must stay with vista. this is becoming more common with the life of xp coming to an end.

2) you had xp and are reinstalling and hardware has failed.

3) you had service pack 2 or before and are updating your service pack and there is some issue with hardware or software.

Map update error problem with Magellan 4250

I called tech support and they said that the update requires XP SP1 or SP2, NOT SP3. I have not tried it yet, but they told me it was a problem with not being compatible with XP service pack 3
