My problem started last night. The picture on the screen started "jumping" almost like the cameraman was running when filming? Now the picture "schrolls" a bit down the screen and then back up. The picture on the right seems a bit blurry at times too. The TV is about 4 years old, but it's only been used for the last 2. Are there any suggestions?

Possibly not repairable, because many problems are related to a board called the "hyper" board, which is mostly no longer available.-- Most picture problems other than convergence or a bad tube, which doesn't sound like yours.
On older Hitachis the most common jumpy picture is loose connections on the vertical output IC. If you can tap on the main board and get it to act up then this is most likely the situation. I believe the location is IC401 and is located toward the front of the set on the signal panel. Not too tough to repair if thats all it is.
Right now it should not be expensive to repair but dont use it anymore or it might become worst, sound like loose conections in the horizontal circuit ,seek assistance it should not be expensive to correct.
