Sounds like malware, try rebooting and enter safe mode with networking (repeatedly hitting F8 as soon as it starts rebooting will bring up this menu) . Install ADWcleaner and run through the scan then reboot into normal mode

while rebooting u press the F5 key for a while, it will redirect u to a boot menu,in this boot menu u have some special options to boot like boot in safe mode,safe mode with networking ,debugging mode,last known good configuration boot,start normally,etc u first boot in safe mode and try to deactivate rebooting in ur own technicand u have more options try all of them it will be ok in 2 or 3 options

My computer keeps rebooting after if reaches windows xp logo

I also have this same problem about a constant reboot of computer and what I did is I replace the Power Supply and everything is already working , becauise this problem can be link in failing power supply already...

there could be possible problems with ur smps... dat wil make it reboot frequently ,cos of low power supply to the board... anyway, first try to reinstall the os...
