The appears to be 2 CDs in one slot and the player is "frozen"

Have a look for a small hole in the front of the CD player - this is the emergency eject button. Find a paper clip, unwind it and then press the paper clip through the hole - the CD should then eject the first CD and you will then be able to eject the others.

play cds on pc option to save to play list will appear cilck yes. then wen u plug ue shuffle in to sync ur cd songs should appear

Try to format it

The laser is damaged or dirty. Try gently swabbing the lens with rubbing alcohol and drying with canned air. If this fails the laser is damaged and unrepairable.

you need a new motor in yr dvd player i had same problem had new motor works now
