I lost my CD how can I download it on my computer? My printer is Lexmark 1270?

Go to:

Lexmark Support

Type in your model X1270 in the "Search by Model" box. Press Enter or click on the Gray selection that appears.

Next page, click on "NEED TO DOWNLOAD A DRIVER?" link in the upper right.

Next page, select your operating system from the drop-down menu.

On the next page, click on "DOWNLOAD NOW".

When the download window opens Save the file to your computer. To make it easy Save it to your Desktop.

Once downloaded, turn your printer ON, Connect the USB cable. If you get a "New Hardware Found" window, Cancel/Close the window.

Then Run (double-click) the file you downloaded and follow the prompts.
