Can't download some pics or vids - saying 'forbidden'

go to new message then press the menu button select attach the menu comes up select slide show. now u decide how many pics to send. remember u have a 300kb limit. say you wanna send 2 pics hit the add slide now you have 2 slides. now go to the 1st slide it has 2 arrows, preview, add pic, and remove slide. now hit add pic select your pic then hit the right arrow above the preview button. now select your 2nd pic now u can preview or press done. its ready to send you can preview by pushing the play button. You should be able to plug it into your computer, then drag and drop files similar to the process with flash drives.

If this fails, you can always send them as an email to yourself.

try to add some download applications that would some let you directly send pics and video messages.

what are you really trying to do? download photos stored in your tu500 phone to a computer or PC?
If so..then I think I could help. The easiest way is send it to your active email address using your phone browser and download the attachments form your e-address to your Pc...else use the Bluetooth of your phone, partnered with a USB Bluetooth dongle inserted to the USB port of your PC or the Infared service of your phone, partnered with USB Infrared Cable...4rd option is using a USB Data cable for tu500 which will be attached to your phone and the other end is in the USB port of your PC, but is more complicated. ooohhh, tough question. If you had T-mobile, you could just send it to MYalbum and just downloaded it without problems. The only thing I can think of is google motorola phone tools. This program will let you do anything you want! Download your videos, pics. Not to mention, upload pics, vids, and ringtones from you mp3's

I suggest reducing the size of the SD card to a 512mb and you should have no problem. There have been problems with the 1GB for these phones and I mhave 2 of these phones and they both have 512mb with no problem any larger and they keep giving error messages

use a program called bitpim and get the usb driver for the "tu500" its the same phone but its just an Australian region phone item name and then you can change the internal sounds on the phone like message tones and all that and get rid of the annoying confirmation sound. if you need more help with this try googling "LG cu500 forums" you should get an lg forum website with ppl that have that problem and they list the steps there cuz that how i did mean how that helps
