Question about Pantech Ease P2020 AT&T
How do I change language on AT&T pantech ease phone.

1) Open menu
2) Navigate to Settings (the one with gear icon)
3) Navigate to Phone (the one with phone icon, fourth one)
4) Navigate to Language (first one)
5) Navigate to Screen Text (first one)
6) Select the first option.

Changing mobile phone housing are usually quite straight forward. First take off the back of the phone where the battery goes in next try to determine if the back casing of the phone is screwed to the front. If yes locate the screws and take them out to allow for ease of removal of both the front and the back. Although often times the casing is usually still held in place by clipings which are in built with the casing.
Also you must know that the screws which are used for mobile phones are mostly different from the conventional star of flat screw drivers. So incase your screw driver does not open it do not force it as the screw combination might be different.

To go from "Advanced" to "Easy" mode press "Menu" press the end key once and that will take you to the front screen with the wallpaper picture, the time and date display and at the bottom you will see: (from left to right) "Dial", "Contacts", "Inbox" and "Menu". Press the "Menu" icon and this will take you to the first Menu screen. Next you need to quickly swipe your finger across the screen from left to right. This should take you to the last menu screen which should have in icon labeled "Settings" with a picture icon of a couple of gears. Press your finger on that icon picture and you should find yourself at the "settings" screen. The top selection on that screen should be "Phone Mode". Go ahead and press your finger on that selection. Now you should be at the "Phone Mode" screen at it is here that you can choose between "Easy" and "Advanced Mode". After pressing your finger on "Easy Mode" be sure and press "Save at the very bottom of that same screen. This will immediately activate the "Easy" mode.
If you ever need to go back to "Advanced" mode you will find it to be much easier. From the front screen press "Menu", then press "Settings" at the bottom of the next screen. Now press "Phone Mode" at the bottom of the next screen. Finally press "Advanced" on the "Phone Mode" screen and then press"Save at the bottom of that same screen. The will immediately activate the "Advanced" Mode.

Did you mean the battery cover? If so put thumb on arrow and push down to bottom of phone it should slid down and open.
