Call a good TV Tech and tell him the Convergence Amp IC's need to be replaced. Should not cost over $325.

Dell XPS 1330 - screen goes funky with lines memory parity error

the tech is saying that they replaced the motherboard and if they replaced it with the same model number and the manufacturer didnt fix the problem you had to begin with then the new issue is just a mirror of the old one and will require a Motherboard to fix.

This is no solution but a point in a probable direction.

A tech guy told me ALL the LCDs they have seen in their repair shop have "swollen" capacitors, this is due to voltage instability. Lowering the internal voltage regulator and replacing the swollen capacitors (which eliminate noise) apparently restores the LCD to new working quality. Without actually "seeing" my problem the tech said that should repair it. I have not tried this yet but eventually will begin that way.

Susie, you either have a shorted green drive transistor or more likely a shorted cathode inside your picture tube, transistor repair is a cheap fix, picture tube means set is not worth cost of repair, hope this helps
