DWHD650JFP sapphire professional stopped draining, show e:01 on display. CLeaned out filters, and pump. Possibly the pump cover not replaced properly, seems to be looser, but don't know how to replace it more tightly. Did find a piece of broken wine glass in drain which may h=have been the problem. Also ran dishwasher cleaner. Seems to be cleaning better, but still not draining.

Hi. The above machine stops mid cycle and drain/fill light is on, also
error code F3E, have cleaned both hot and cold water inlet filters, also
checked drain pump and drain line, all ok. Machine drains with no
issues and fills with hot water, runs for a while then shuts down.
Any ideas?

I have exact same symptons, please someone help. I have had issue before where the plumbing backed up so it overflowed into the catch tray. Then that has to be vacummed out and then just start a new cycle. This time there is no water in the overflow tray....
Hello - The error code "E20" typically means the water is not draining properly or not pumping out fast enough. Does the washer making a humming noise? If so, either the drain hose may be kinked or the drain in the house is clogged. Once you have confirmed and cleaned the hose and issue continues contact a professional to move forward accurately. The unit may possibly have a faulty pump or control board.
Hi
This issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged
drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and
remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower
front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs,
you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Hope this
helps... Please post back for any further assistance.
