Try this on another PC to confirm if the memory is recognized and detected. If not the player needs to be reset or there are faults within the processor/memory which needs to be estimated with a consensus.
You will have to look for any unknown devices listed in the Device Drivers and Remove it. Also check for USB under device driver and remove anything that has an Exclamation mark.
To reach device driver follow the steps below,
Right Click on My computer.
Choose Properties
Then Click on Hardware followed by Device Manager.
You should be able to See all the drivers used by your PC.
