Re: motorola k1 pink
Check with your provider first to see if it is active on your number
they may need to send you the settings.
if they do this then save the settings and then send yourself a photo this will activate the settings between the phone and the network.

Very easy to fix for you, ring your current operator (network) and sk them to send you the settings to your phomne for "MMS" they will send you some texts which contain those settings install them to your phone, the agent will tell you how to install them if you get stuck.
Unfortunatly you have to call your cell carrier to RTN your phone which will erase everything in your phone. You may try to go to a store to get a software update. FYI. I worked for Sprint for 3 years.
I will suggest contacting your service provider.
lets say if this phone was from cingular and it got unlocked, and then you try to use it with a T-mobile Sim card. chances are that the phone will not function with all T-mobile features. and this because the unlocked phones may still have internal settings from its previous carrier. " If Any" or just need updates for the current service provider. so it will be good to contact your service provider and ask them if they can provide any updates for this phone to send and receive picture messages.
Any questions Please ask.
