That is caused 99 percent of the time by the fuser.
There is a solid aluminum roll and a silicon rubber ( pressure) roller in the fuser. The pressure roller either developes some flat spots from park ( non running) time and over time heat and use cause it to deform and become out of round. What then happens is when the paper enters the fuser it does so with a slight twist, and the pressure of the fuser, for lack of a better term, Irons in that crease during the fusing process.
Gave the explaination so you would understand what is happening.

SOURCE: Phaser 7400 LCD is blank. How can that be fixed?

Once the LCD is gone blank that means you have to change the control panel. it's not difficult to change, all you have to do is remove the covers that are behind the the control panel. Once you have removed the white covers you can now unscrew the metal hinges. Then you have to insert a flat head in the small cracks behind the control panel that opens the control pane blue covers. Now you disconnect the data cable that connects from the control panel to the machine and that's it. Hope this helps

We have a Phaser 7400. It continues to give us

If you've already changed out the toner cartridge and the problem persists, then it could be several other parts that are either defective, dirty or blocked.

You may want to contact a certified Xerox technician and have them look at the Imaging Unit Agitator Bar and the Low Toner Sensors for Cyan/Magenta. There could also be a faulty toner supply motor.

Phaser 7400 not printing red

I would suspect you do not have drive to the red imaging unit area. A gear may have fractured, a motor not runing, which would normally give you a fault code, or a clutch is slipping not driving the red components.

My printer phaser 7400 can not start no signal no thing

Make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector or multi-outlet strip. These devices will limit the amount of power to the machine, causing it to not initialize properly.
