Re: Deleting songs from the card
You'll need to plug your mp3 player into the computer and make sure the card is still in the mp3 player then do format through my computer. If you don't know how to follow these steps below.
First go to "Start" - "My Computer" - then look for your device usually under the name of "Removable Disk", once you've found that, right-click on it, then click on "Format" allow it then to format and after it's formatted see if the music has been removed.

One of the files that you're trying to play on the phone is messed up. Something is wrong with it. I've seen similar things happen. Isolate the file by loading one song at a time or a group of songs, and then check to see if it's working correctly.
Deleting Songs Using Windows Media Player Use Windows Media Player to view the songs that are stored on your mp3 player - best to view them in the "Sync" tab. Find the song that you want to delete, right-click the song, and select Delete (or left-click and press Delete on your keyboard). Voila! -Tha Mp3 Doctor
try to format it on your computer to delete all songs from your mp3 player. copy first the music that you dont want to delete and after format copy it or bring it back to your mp3 player. hope that helps!
Deleting files from your memory card is not enough. Usually the files received threw bluetooth will stored to phone memory and then prompted to store somewhere else by the user. So delete/move unwanted files from phone memory to memory card. Delete all the messages stored in your SIM card too.
