Tv dont come on

Power button flashes green i dont get sound or pitcher

    green light comes on, then the status light is red. solid red. no blinking

    the red 'main' power light is on, and when I try to turn on 'stand-by' (the green light), it comes on for about a second, and then goes off, and . . . nothing.

Insignia tv has a blue hue and green sparkles

make sure you dont have suround sound speaker on top of it or by it because the battery inside speakers will demagnatise your pitcher on tv if you do take them away then shot off tv then turn back on if you still have the problem your pixels is messed up in tv there will be no way fixing it.

How to set it to take pitchers .what does green light mean .

In auto mode, green status light will flash while delay time is counting down...when light stops flashing movement in front of camera should trigger it to take pics.

The pitcher is wavey. green is at 20 degrees up red is 20degress down not a flat pitcher, sound is good

Thats a convergence failure. You can get the PT47WX42 convergence repair kit from which has the parts and the CD with instructions.

Remove the brew basket and water defuser (sprinkler head) it should come off with a 1\2 turn.
Place your measuring pitcher or empty pot in place.
Turn the main power switch off in back of unit.
Press and hold the Brew(full pot) button.
While holding the Brew(full pot) button turn the main power button in back to on.
Once the red light flashes over the Brew(full pot) button release it, then press it once to start the brew cycle.
Let it flow until desired level in pot or measuring pitcher.
Press the Brew(full pot) button once to Stop.
Press the Brew(full pot) button once again to lock the settings into memory. Memory will store the settings even if machine is unplugged.
Half pot button is automatically set.

No pitcher

The power supply is not providing enough voltage to the back inverter board due to leaky or dry capacitors in the power supply.
The power supply will need to be replace or repair to restore the LCD functionality.

so the sound of mouse click is from the button being pushed.
is the light flashing codes at you in the form of flashing?

Sounds like the typical power surge created by the outage has caused a power supply problem inside your TV. IF that is it, there not much you can do yourself.
