Yamaha 700 triple misfire on all cylinders

hi everyone need help have a 1999 Yamaha sx 700 triple..been having a problem with a miss fire this season.. carbs all cleaned in November.. initial start up is fine. idles mid throttol and wide open..problem is when I get it up to temp..say running 50 mph and come to a stop.. rail road or 4 way stop sign..i get a miss fire or down to 1 cylinder or 2..go to give it throttol and nothing bogs no gain in rpms.. if I let it idle it hit and misses on 1-2 cylinders..will do this till I shut it down...I fire it back up and it runs fine.like nothing happen.?????? did this to me every time I stopped heading to a friends house about 30 miles..did it ones at his house..and rode the rest of the night and home with no problem..
thinking cdi box or or smooth capasitor? any thoughts on this? thanks in advance

HOW TO CLEAN DRITY THROOTTLE BODY IN A 04 CHEVY TRAILBLAZER

Remove the air intake tubes to expose the throttle body and hose it down real good with about 2 cans throttlebody and carb cleaner or brake parts cleaner non clorinated use 1 can whil engine is off and the other with engine running but dont spray so much at a time you kill the engine

When I press the gas paddle I have to press all the way down to get the car to move but once it starts going it drive ok.

you may have a gearbox problem but look at it this car is over two and a half ton's,,,,, its no light weight flimsy! so its going to need a fair old bit of right boot to get her moving and just as much to stop her again! i had one of them and mine was the same,,,its no sprinter,,,slow to start moving and slow to stop too!
you can test the gearbox but DO NOT do this for more that a fuw seconds,,,,,,start the engine up and warm it up,,,then hold the brakes hard on,,,put her in drive,,,,and give her full throttol,,,,hold the throttol hard down,,, read the rev counter,,,if it reads more that 2000rpm,,,you got a problem with the gearbox!
DO NOT hold the throttol down for more than a fuw seconds,,,,,,
you will burn up the gearbox if its slipping!!!!!

Blowing fuses on the lidswitch asembly so I replaced

the one screw that holds the asembly lousen it and slide it back and forth also make sure the lid switch acturater is in place properley u should be able to hear it click as u raise and lower the lid.hope this helps dont lousen that screw to much haundi24
