Mobile says it's off line

Offline mode only appears if the mobile phone is not getting the signal from its service provider.
*make sure that the sim is properly connected*reseat the sim card from the mobile phone*check account status for signal and connection availability*power cycle mobile phone
1. turn off mobile phone2. remove phone battery3. remove memory card4. remove sim card5. wait for 2 minutes before plugging back anything6. after 2 minutes, plug back battery7. insert memory card properly8. insert sim card properly s well, make sure that the sim is not dirty as well9. turn on mobile phone10. check the signal bar, it should be with signal this time and not offline
*after power cycling, phone should be working properly now unless the sim card is really faulty. you check if its faulty by calling your mobile service provider*

try to removed and insert your simcard again , then go to menu ,setting,phone setting ,network selection ,select manual ...if it says no network found and if still there is an X sign in the signal bar and says OFFLINE ,you have a signal problem...in mobile phone ,there are more than 10 causes of signal problem so better to go a nokia care to diagnosed your phone..the first to repair is the basic parts 2n2 capacitor .,antenna switch ,power amp and uem...an expert technician can do it one by one by analyzing the phones status...i hope it will help you ...

seems ur phone's antenna is been damaged, get it checked by Nokia Care.

you may have a poor signal or try inserting a different sim card, if same problem arise, maybe you need to update the phones firmware

try open ur handset and make the pcb warm with ur hairdryer and fix it again i think it is due 2 moisture and it should work as its not picking simcard.try it and reply me with results.

try performing a software reflash

u must get it normally serviced

do a network settings check and see if thaht helps, if not try servicing the phone.

may be any hardware or software problem man.....
go to u r nearest NOKIA CARE shop they will fix u r problem free of cost(if u have warrenty).
