you need to keep it out direct sun light, if the sim card getting hot maybe the sim card is not compatible to that unit, blow some air through the sim connector port, it maybe dusty, or dirt in the contacts, try a different type of sim card good one like scandisk, or smartmedia memory card, make sure the sim card memory is not maxed out in the amount of memory that the device recommends, some time if it say 4gb dont put 8-64gb of memory in it, it will overheat and may start a fire. if you have problems contact the manufacture for more help.
First - have you ever used this memory card in this camera with this card reader connected to this computer - or is one or more "new to to the mix"? If so, which are new?
The obvious stuff is what I like to check out first.. check that the reader is connected to the computer's USB port (switch to a different port if it is and see if your computer displays a message indicating it is installing drivers / reading the memory card). Make sure the card is in the correct slot. Many readers can accept several different memory cards in two or more different slots - make sure you have inserted yours in the correct slot - and oriented properly. The card should slip in easily - not forcing should be required. Some readers maybe connected via USB "hub" that requires power - if yours is set up this way, make sure the power pack is plugged it.
Still nothing? Make sure there are images on the memory card. You should be able to reinsert the card into your camera and play them back on it. If they do play, remove the card and attempt to play them on the camera again - if they play this time, that tells me the images are in the camera's internal memory - not the removable memory card. You will need to transfer them from the camera - not the memory card if this is the case.
If you're still having trouble, please provide the camera & card reader name & model and if you're using Windows or something else. Finally, what is the name model and memory capacity of the memory card? Good luck!
Without knowing the make and model of the phone I can't be absolutely certain, but most phones that take a memory card take a microSD card. Some of them will also accept a microSDHC card, which is the same size physically but contains more memory.
We enable a password security on our Nokia phone to keep the data on
the memory card private and not accessible to others. However, many
times you may have come up across a situation wherein you have
completely forgotten the password of the memory card or simply the
access to the memory card is denied. Even though you have tried
your best to come up with all the combinations of the passwords that
strike in your mind but all your efforts seems to be going in vain.
Instead of panicking in such a situation, you can stay calm and perform

the Menu button and go to Gallery> Memory Card (Please note the
location of the Memory Card on the phone’s software may vary with
Do not open the Memory Card folder but only

your Memory Card by replacing the old name and press OK.
