Question about Frigidaire FEF366 Electric Kitchen Range
Range top still working, oven does not. Display shows only "h.". That's it, an "h" and a dot ".". Have unplugged, reset the breaker, no change. Any suggestions?
Does it make a difference as to what type of cord?

What type of appliance cord goes with your model? Amp, voltage, prong number, etc?

Hello cdshowtel - If both the range part and oven is not working but it shows a display, I would suggest resetting the range. That can be done by either unplugging the unit or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes. If it proves to be ineffective, contact a professional to move forward accurately because the unit could be experiencing an issue with a wiring failure or communication error with the EOC.

Hello steve o - Typically error code F11 indicates a shorted keypad. Try resetting the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. This usually will clear most false error codes. Wait approximately ten minutes and if the error code does not clear contact a professional to move forward accurately. Most likely the EOC on the range will need replacing.
