I don't know anything about this printer but look for a small switch where the waste box attaches to the printer. When you locate it press it in and if the "install waste box" goes out you simply have to devise some way to keep the switch pressed all the time. Try some super glue, or maybe a simple piece of paper folded up. Good luck.

The Cleaner Pressure Flapper Solenoid it dead or dying. You can try moving it by hand to see if you can prolong it, but basically it needs a new one. Its a job for an engineer really.
