Try pushing the "convection oven" or "bake" button first, then enter the temperature you want. Then "Start".

I understood that the oven does not heat.

If this is a gas oven start checking from igniter and coils. With electric oven check the thermostat.

If the appliance is completely dead (no power at all), start checking from power cord, progress to relay board (if present in this model), then test electronic control or switches.

F3 is Open oven temperature sensor circuit, to fix this you need to read oven temperature sensor circuit at oven temperature sensor ( approx 1000 ohms at room temp); check for cut or pinched wire or loss of contact, if wirings are ok, then replace the probe.

If your electric oven is not heating then you probably have a bad heating lelement in your oven. This is not that hard to fix yourself...
