First never take a tool apart if don't know what you are doing, second go to the Stanley web site and you can buy or download a copy of the one you need.

I have a stanley 99e. i took it apart ti change the blade, without paying attention, and now i can't re-assanble it properly. I can't find any instructions online.

See here the Stanley knife disassembly. If you have a 99E there may be an additional plastic part that is not shown in the diagram. The plastic tab is located at the back of the blade.

I just purchased a Stanley TRE500 stapler, supposedly used on only one upholstery project but without manual. I have viewed supposed "manuals" online and understand how I should be able to open...

Unplug the tool.
Squeeze the end of the shaft at the rear bottom of the tool and pullout the shaft.
Flip the tool over on it's back.
Insert the staples,(points up) and then slide the shaft back in.
Plug it in, press the on button (under the the power cord in the back). Press the nose squarely against the material and press the trigger

I cannot get my Stanley 12-220 Block Plane put back together. I took it apart and cannot remember the order of how the parts go back together.

Try this site and it is a little tricky but go to the DIY section and find the FAQ on planes and you can look at a manual for this tool. Take your time it is there Let me know if you need more help. Good luck
