Was there any physical damage to the heater when it fell over?

The HZ-709 has safety features that might prevent its subsequent operation.
1 - It has a tip over switch but the heater should operate normally when it's upright again.
2 - A thermal cut-off fuse will permanently shut down the heater should it operate at a higher than normal temperature. Was it operating when it fell over, or could it have overheated?

If it's none of those, try contacting the manufacturer Kaz directly by email, Facebook, Twitter, etc. as the HZ-709 has a 3-year warranty.

first you put lens cleaner disc in dvd player, it's not clear the problem,than change lens cord and lens. thank you.

It migt be some system problem or your Disc problem. try putting some other disc and see does the problem exist? If no, then it is the problem with your Disc Game. If yes, it might be some system problem.

What is the Stop Error code.. is it like 0x00000... depending on the kind of Error the resolution can be proceeded on.. it can be a software or a hardware issue.. so u need the error code.. to know the details of the error.. get the error code.. go to support.microsoft.com and type in the error code.. and u shall get all the answers on how to resolve the error.. let me know if u need more help :-P regards Guru

you need to flash the bios to a newer version - go to www.hp.com and type in your model number and then locate the latest flash - re-flashing this to the latest flash will fix your problem - also upgrade the drivers on your PC as well

If the unit was purchased last year, Walmart is replacing them for a unit of equal or lesser value. The manufacturer went out of business last November.
