The passkey for the H500, as well as for the vast majority of bluetooth headsets, is hardcoded to '0000' (four zeros).
You just have to pair your bluetooth headset once. All subsequent connections between the headset and phone should be done automatically, provided that both the headset and the phone's bluetooth stack are turned on.

try and remove the current bluetooth device. Close the headset. Go to thephone and choose discover, or search. Open the headsetand press and hold the big button. It should then turn purple and should be recognized.
Also make sure the batteryon theheadset is charged before doing this.
