You can give any passkey and make sure that you give the same key in yhe other as well orelse it will not pair up

The passkey for the H500, as well as for the vast majority of bluetooth headsets, is hardcoded to '0000' (four zeros).
You just have to pair your bluetooth headset once. All subsequent connections between the headset and phone should be done automatically, provided that both the headset and the phone's bluetooth stack are turned on.

The default passkey for the Motorola H710 is 0000 (zeros). Input the 0000 and OK and all should be fine.

Depending on the phone... try and remove the current bluetooth device. Close the headset. Go to the phone and choose discover, or search. Open the headset and press and hold the big button. It should then turn purple and should be recognized. After this, it will ask for a passcode.
