It powers on at high speed and then immediately spots
Its sound like either a speed sensor not functioning may need adjusting or replacement refer to your owners manual on page 25 and 26 for this procedure. Now if you complete the adjustment and have the same problem, then you can test this sensor by using a multi meter on continuity setting follow the black connector to the lower board disconnect it and place leads on to connector MAKE SURE you have a good connection when testing. Then move the running belt and the front pulley which has a magnet, have the magnet move back and forth this will open and close the sensor circuit if good then it is the motor control board replace it, if not replace the sensor.
