You cannot wid up this watch, it is has a quartz (battery operated) movement!

Big hand is for chronometer function, not for counting seconds. The small seconds hand is for continuous seconds counting and should tick all the time.

If you have no joy anywhere else, you could try the Aramani service center. Below is an extract from their web site.
