I can listen only one side(right side) earpiece of headphones with Samsung yp-k5 4gb while built in speakers works both

Faulty unit, contact manufacture. possible firware update needed. You could try this your selve but would need the unit to switch on when connected to pc

SOURCE: The samsung yp-k3's headphone jack not working.

headphones have four wires from a jack, two wires to each headspeaker. firstly,
get a meter and test continuity of resistance through each coil, when i say coil, i mean one headspeaker, if both continuities are oky, then go a second solution.
the set has to be opened and clean some contacts of the jack output. if this does not work, then check your final amplifier output.

go to my computer> properties>hardware > device manager >universal bus driver>right click on it> update driver>

1.yes this time only> next 2.choose advanced option>next 3don't search i"ll update from........>next4.click on show campatible> next> next 5. now it updated then restart you computer
