I think i've figured it out. I have turned the multi-point connection off and then paired the Finiti with my phone and PS3 separately. Just make sure that you have your phone's bluetooth connection or other device turned off before turning on your PS3, and then make the connection between Finiti and PS3 and you should be good. Then when you're done using the PS3, and its powered off, you can turn the phone BT connection back on and you should be good.
Just a question do you have it paired with a cell phone as well? If you do when you turn it on it may be pairing with the phone first and not with the playstation this happened to me and I could not figure it out for 5 minutes.
Ok,Delete the mic from your console and then connect the mic to your console using the charging cable. Open up the door on the top of the mic. It will register everything automatically.
Also you can delete the Bluetooth device what is on your list then turn off your ps3 turn it back on and then register your device again...
Try to delete the headset from your bluettoth devices list on the PS3.
Turn off the PS3 and then back on.
Re-Pair your headset and see if you have the same error.
Hope it helps...
hi there,
the passcode you are looking for should be in the user manual that came with your headset. If you do not have the user manual, you can try "0000" as this is often the default passcode for a lot of bluetooth devices. If "0000" don't work and you get an error code like this "80010009" this error code means you have entered the wrong passcode. So if you don't have your user manual and "0000" dont work, the next best thing to do is try to get the code from the manufacturers website or by ringing them. Hope this helps.
After calling the Motorola company i discovered it is not a problem with the ps3 rather is was the headset. Error 80010009 occurs when there is connectivity problems. My bluetooth was simply a dud that had close to no connectivity. Motorola simply sent me a new one in exchange for the broken one. The new one was even a newer version and it took less then a minute to sync it with my ps3. Now when ever my ps3 is on and i turn my bluetooth on it automatically connects and works great! If this doesn't seem to be the case check out some of the solutions others have posted because you problem might have been mine or might have been theirs! Hope this helps!
Hello.
I was wondering if your wireless controllers still work? If so then you need to make sure you enter the correct code that came with your bluetooth device. Other then that, I would say your Bluetooth board may be bad if nothing works correctly. I hope this helps. Good luck!
