Try booting into "safe mode" It's hard to catch safe mode, but after your computer just powers on, press the F8 key and hold it. If you get a keyboard error you did it too soon. You should see something which says advanced boot options. See if you can boot into safe mode and transfer your files to a USB key or USB drive. It sounds like your software is messed up. If you're not able to boot into safe mode, the problem is more serious. Perhaps you recently made some changes in the bios or UEFI? When the system boots hold down the delete key, or the F1 key, and try to get into the bios/UEFI. Look for an option which says "restore defaults", save and exit. There are two different settings for SATA drives, try both to see if you can get your system to boot.

You will not find the list of the error codes on the internet. I know that Error Code: 0x81 is a "Reel" problem as I was just told by Sony Support. You should call them, have you serial number at hand when you do so. Check http://sony.storagesupport.com/ for a Telephone contact number.

0x0 isn't an error code it simply indicates the test that was run passed successfully. are you saying that it will not start after going through the recovery console? insert your cd and after booting to it, select repair windows installation. click on command prompt and type chkdsk c: -f

Have you tried another SCSI port , another SCSI card , another SCSI drive , swopping if it is card problem or drive or both problem ?.

If you have a spare SCSI hd , plug it in to same port and see if it works . Swop to another port and see if the spare SCSI hd works. Swop to another SCSI card and see if spare SCSI hd works.

All this elimination will narrow down the problem .
SCSI cards are not expensive ,.
old working SCSI hds don't cost you anything if you have them.
Sending out the server for servicing will cost you.
I presume you don't have a maintenance contract for this server .
If you have , get them down to settle it .
If you don't , after you settle this matter , make sure you get a maintenance contract for all your critical servers / equipment.

Maint Contracts seem expensive when nothing breaks down. However , when they do , it makes every worry go away.

Generally this error means that HotSync manager (via the 4 Outlook conduits) is having a hard time connecting to your Outlook or, in some cases, specifically to your Oultook profile.
