Fault with the main power supply regulator board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. REMOVE SCREWS IN DRILL WHOLE UNIT OR JUST HANDLE WILL SPLIT IN HALF INSIDE YOU WILL SEE YOUR WIRES PLUGED IN OR SCREWED IN . PUSH ON STKONS MYBE ON WIRE ENDS IF YOU CAN REPLACE THEM GREAT.IF NOT JUST STRIP BACK WIRES AN WRAPE AROUND SCREWS AN SCREW IN TITE REPLACING WIRES GREEN TO GREEN RED TO RED BLACK TO BLACK & WHITE TO WHITE SCREW UNIT BACK TOGETHER AN DRILL
check your catalitic converter it may be pluged, a simple test ys to raise the car on jack stands and use a small drill bit or a self drilling screw to make a hole in front and rear close to converter, start up your car and feel air coming off both litlle holes it must be equally, if you have lots of press from front hole (closes to engine) there you have it your cat is pluged. use same screws to plug holes test done. good luck
If this is for the 14 and 18 volt batteries, this is what I found had occured on one model I repaired (I've forgotten the charger model number):
It had a shorted diode (the bad one had obvious burn marks on the pc board). I used an NTE 5809 diode to replace the original one. BTW you'll need a Tamperproof Torx T-10 to open the case to access the pc board.
