My carbon pearl is almost maxed out on available storage and I used it that way for about a year without any significant problems. However, out of nowhere, when I turn it on and try to listen to any of my music, it tells me that there is no content. None of my songs or artists or playlists or anything shows up. When I go into my rio properties folder it shows that there is no available memory. It's like it's telling me that all the songs are still on there but they just don't show up when I want to listen to them. I have tried resetting the thing but nothing helps. Any help?
Perform a firmware upgrade as instructed on the rio website - it will wipe everything clean. Make sure the player is fully charged or this upgrade will kill the player.
