You might have more than one transmitter. Some TV's etc only store a certain number of channels and have a max amount!. When weaker transmitters are present sometimes the memory of the TV will only store the stronger signals first from these weaker sites, with the two BBC channels being too weak to be detected.
The solution is to do a manual search on the transmitters you know are very strong. For example if channel 43 has strong signal you would search on that. The auto search will start at 21 and work it's way to 69. But if your area transmitter with the strongest signals is high up the scale the weaker transmitters will be selected first!

Tune to a strong channel.
Go into the menu. Find the Channel or Antenna whatever your tv calls it. Set the signal strength display.
If the signal strength show good and your picture is lost then a problem may be in the tv.
More than likely the antenna is not picking up a strong signal. Try rotating it some.

You can go to www.tvfool.com to see what stations are in your reception area.

if you live in uk, re-scan for channels, when they appear go to s** sports 1 then press MENU then enter1570 scroll down to key lock, if this says OFF switch it to ON, then press EXIT this, i hope, will solve your problem PS sometimes you can lose channels if your signal is to strong I.E to close to box in street, if the channels still go off ,you will need to fit an accenuator, this screws on to your lead ,then plugs back into your box it knocks your signal strength down thats only the case if all you can recieve is freeview channels good luck

You are wasting your time asking for codes here or anywhere else for that matter. The codes are being changed that often recently that you just wouldn't be able to keep up.

If you have the starview superusb new firmware is available. If you are in the UK you will need to rescan your box as a lot of frequencies have been changed the firmware you have will still update.
For Ireland the encryption has changed and the ONLY firmware out yet is for the Starview superusb.

Not 100% certain that this'll work even if yrs is a starview5 box but just in case it is but this is what I did & hopefully it'll work for you too - good luck :- Even if not Starview3 it might give U a few tips ;o)
