Clean all the rollers or if the fax has a separation pad replace it.. yes it does have a separation pad the part number is Samsung JC73-00140A you can purchase this item at Precision Roller for $10.00

I gave you the part number for the paper trf its pulling more than one sheet at a time... if its pulling more than one sheet at a time using the ADF top feeder when you copy or send this is the part you need part#Samsung JC73-00117A also part#Samsung JG72-40044A both are about $10.00 each at Precision Roller

A sheet of paper keeps getting jammed - we remove it and try again but it keeps jamming. We have cleaned the rollers inside where the cartridge goes and it did not help

If the first sheet of paper is correctly feeded and it shows up after fusing unit and that happends every time, then probably you have damaged exit paper sensor. It have to be replaced with new one.
If the paper feeds only few santimetres then you have to replace paper feed roller

What do you mean by button sheet? Do you mean the clear plastic that goes in the menu sheet holder, or the paper sheet with the alphabet on it for programming (programming keysheet), or the paper sheet that has your products written on it (menu keysheet)?

Why would my Chest freezer be flooding my basement while it is still frozen inside

freezers still make condensation like air conditioners. they have a drain line heater to keep the condensate liquid until it exits the freezer. then it goes into a drain pain that usually has the high (hot) side line running through it to evaporate the water and at the same time increase efficiency. you probably have a rusted out drain pan which you can replace. you can make one from sheet metal and just seal the corners with RTV silicone, be careful sheet metal WILL cut you badly, so wear gloves whenever handling that stuff.

Epson 3810 goes from printing perfect to characters/wingdings

My Epson 3810 does not print proberly from the Internet. It prints but only prints out what appears to be the computer language being sent to it. All other applications print fine. Just items from Internet explorer are having the issues. Any suggestions?

Mis-alignment during printing of labels sheets

Solution!! Use "HP premium Plus Photo Paper" for the paper type setting. Works great with Avery labels & card stock as well. (business cards had the same alignment problem)

Check for static electricity. Make sure also to shuffle your paper before putting it into the tray.
