There isn't one! The watch goes into a charging cradle and the charging cradle takes a USB Mini 'D' lead. It is shown in the images of the manual. you can see the 4 gold flashed contacts on the underside of the watch.
You might be able to sort the screen tearing of the black Pebble by opening the back (carefully as the back may have a bit of glue on it) and wedging a small pad of card or rubber or similar against the screen connector and the back. You should be able to find a YouTube video explaining what to do.

Depending on what you are using the watch for it will have different battery life. Using the talk feature you should get around 2 hours, on standby about 7 days, the analog watch has a seperate battery that should last 2 years and charging the watch takes 2 hours to get a full charge.
Think of the smartwatch as a smartphone but in miniature so it fits on your wrist.

No, unfortunately the Sony SW2 Smartwatch doesn't come with a camera, although it's got most of the other features of regular smartphones. I reckon it's just a matter of time before they add a camera as well.
