I have a secondhand Belling Format cooker. Don't know where to find the model number, but it has two ovens. I cannot get the setting on the large oven to come off auto. As a result I cannot switch it on manually. I cannot seem to access a user manual online, so am stymied. can u advise, on how to fix the problem, and how to access a manual?
I found the following information useful, although it wasn't a belling cooker the controls appeared to be the same. Go down to the electronic timer section. http://www.prestigeappliances.com.au/owner's-manual.shtml

Try reducing the cook time to zero and then press the manual button. This should return the cooker to manual
