Have you tried just setting it up as an HP? Kyocera machines emulate HP.

Kyocera and Copystar models are the same just replace KM with CS.

Try cleaning the magenta charge grid on the left side door of printer. But from my experience this is caused by the magenta developing unit wearing out or going bad. A kyocera dealer can help with this.

not required to press the go button . if the printer is in of line at that time you give print means you have to press the go button... to know the printer status.... if the ready light is on .. printer is online ... ready light off the printer is offline....... use correct printer driver for avoid junk print.....

delete the printer on the computer entirely...and start over again..best way to solve that issue

I would check the usb connection cable - maybe try a different one. 'off line' normally means that the computer can't communicate with the printer. Silly thing - check that the printer has power. I'm not trying to insult your intelligence, but sometimes it's the simple things that get missed.

Had the same problem, but printer on server showed on line.
Simple solution for us was to delete the printer on the workstation and add it again. After this, printer showed online again on our workstations.

Right click on the printer icon and choose properties. Your emulations are listed there.
