You may have to select Settings-General-Master-Reset. Then test first on a different PC to see if it happens again. Check your PC for viruses.

Make sure your Mass Media Storage is turned OFF.

Go to Settings>SD Card>Mass Media Storage and be sure to toggle it so it is off.

If this still doesn't work, you may have a faulty MicroSD card and should consider investing in a new one.

If the phone came from the carrier with the card included, take it back to the carrier for a warranty replacement.

Hope this helped!
Thanks!

How do I transfer pictures from my blackberry device to the media card?

It's recommended to buy a microSD card to store your media files on, so you don't run out of memory on your device.

Depending on what OS your BlackBerry is tells you what size microSD card you can buy. You can check under Options ' About (will be listed as v4.xx.xxx). Look at the chart at the following link to see what size you can obtain -http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB05461

On the BlackBerry go into Options ' Media Card. Recommended media settings are as follows:

Media Card support : ON
Encryption Mode : NONE
Mass Storage Support : ON
Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected : YES

Mass Storage mode allows your BlackBerry to act as an extra drive when connected to your PC. So it will show up as an extra drive letter in Windows Explorer. So you can just drag/drop media files onto your media card and vice versa.

Or if you use ITunes, you can you the Media Sync to synchronize with the device. Read up about that here:http://na.blackberry.com/eng/devices/features/media/mediasync.jsp#tab_tab_overview

How can I get a 3GP video sent from my phone to my computer? I have 3xx Plantronics on my mobile but it can't find my computer. Heeeellllppp PLEASE

If the below does not work, maybe just attach it to an email and send it that way. Good Luck
About transferring media files
You can connect your BlackBerry® device to your computer to transfer files between your device and your computer, or you can use
Bluetooth® technology to send media files to or receive media files from a Bluetooth enabled device.
If you connect your device to your computer, you can transfer files between your media card and your computer using mass storage mode,
or you can transfer media files between your device and your computer using the media manager tool of the BlackBerry® Desktop
Manager. For more information about using the media manager tool, see the Media Manager Online Help.
If you turn on media card encryption and you transfer files to your media card using mass storage mode or Bluetooth technology, your
device does not encrypt the transferred files. If you transfer encrypted files from your media card using mass storage mode or Bluetooth
technology, you cannot decrypt the files on your computer or on a Bluetooth enabled device.
Transfer a file between your device and your computer using the media manager tool
1. Connect your BlackBerry® device to your computer.
2. On your computer, open the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager.
3. Double-click Media Manager.
4. Drag a file or folder from one location to another.
For more information about using the media manager tool, see the Media Manager Online Help.
Transfer a file between your device and your computer in mass storage mode
Verify that mass storage mode is turned on.
1. Connect your BlackBerry® device to your computer.
2. On your computer, double-click My Computer.
3. In the Devices with Removable Storage section, click Removable Disk.
4. Drag a file from one location to another.
To exit mass storage mode, disconnect your device from your computer.
Send a media file using Bluetooth technology
Verify that Bluetooth® technology is turned on and that your BlackBerry® device is paired with a Bluetooth enabled device.
1. In the media application, click a media type.
2. Click a category.
3. Highlight a media file.
4. Press the Menu key.

Everytime I try and access my blackberry 8310's memory card via my computer, I click on Removeable Disk (D:) and it still says Please Insert A Removeable Disk. please help me solve this

Go to your blackberry options (its a wrench icon on my 8300) and then scroll down to "Media Card".
The options should be set to:

Media Card Support: ON
Encryption Mode: None
Mass Storage Mode Support: ON <--------this is the likely culprit
Auto Enable Mass Storage Support Mode When Connected: Yes

You should also see in the bottom information in the Total and Free space that correlate to the size of the card you have in your phone.

Downloaded pics from blackberry using USB

What has happened is you had the Encryption mode turned on. You need to click on Options-Media Card- and turn encryption off then go into Options-Security Options-and disable content protection. After that follow this guide below to fix the other ones.
  1. Turn off future encryptions
    • Go to Options -> Media Card
    • Set Encrypt Media Files to No
    • Note: Despite what people say, you do not have to set Encryption Mode to None - this has nothing to do with your encrypted media files
  2. Move the encrypted files in order to decrypt them
    • Go to Media
    • Press the Menu key
    • Select Explore
    • Navigate to the directory containing your encrypted files
    • Create a temporary folder
    • Move the encrypted files into the temporary folder
    • Note: If you have media files in other directories that need to be decrypted, don't put them in this temporary folder. Instead, create a separate temporary folder in that directory and repeat these steps. This way, you can remember the files' original location
    • For impatient people (like me) or people with way too many encrypted files: To quickly decrypt files:
      • Move one file into the temporary folder using any method (this lets the BB remember the temporary folder as the folder you will be moving future files into)
      • Scroll to the next file
      • Press the Menu key
      • Press the M key (this highlights Move)
      • Click the trackball
      • Press the Menu key
      • Press the M key (this highlights Move here)
      • Click the trackball
      • Rinse & repeat
  3. Clean up
    • Technically, you could use the BB interface to clean up, but if you have way too many files, you'll want to use the Mass Storage Mode - this is more efficient, allows you to navigate the directories quickly, and allows your files to move to their original directories quickly
    • Use the USB cord to connect your BB to a computer and enable Mass Storage Mode
    • Navigate to the temporary folders
    • Move the containing files to their original directories
    • Delete the temporary folders
