Flash dont work - Canon PowerShot A590 IS Digital Camera

When pressing the menu button to the right, you get a menu. There you have to choose the forced flash. In the other settings the flash is not guaranteed to go off. Then while pressing the shutter release button, wait till you see the flash logo, explaining you flash is charged and ready.
Let me know if it still does not work. But I'm afraid if it does not work when you do what is in the manual, you will have to contact a certified repair centre or buy a new camera.

Quick flashing is usually a burnt out bulb.

why dont look on the manual but if you dont have try touching the screen sometimes you just need to press every thing so you would know there function.

hi you probly have some battery in that flash,
or its could be your lamp if its seal if its thes case theres
no others way to buy anew one

There are dual elements bulb and single element bulb.

You need to see is there two contacts inside the socket.

If you accidentally put a single contact bulb into dual contact socket......it will cause this problem.

What Adobe Flash player ? please explain in more detail ?

i dont know how to turn on the light/flash of my digital camera,even i put in the flash mode it doesnt work.it is a primier digital camera.

Under the dash is a flasher unit. Replace it and everything should start working again. The flasher unit is very inexpensive and available at most parts stores.

You can install custom firmware then you can put a lot on 3rd party apps, like Flash and others on it but there is no Flash on the slim unless you do that.
