CC is a measure of cubic capacity ( volume ) where horse power is a old and very imprecise term of power used
The correct term is torque or turning force around a axis
horse power refers to how many horses it took to lift a set weight a set distance in a set time so you can see that volume was not a consideration

there is no connection between engine capacity and hp
in fact there is in reality no such thing as hp as it is actually torque or turning action around a centre
horse power was the ancient measurement of how many horses it took to lift a certain weight a set distance in 1 minute
as the cc is the swept volume covered by the top of the piston in a motion from tdc to bdc you will see that it is the stroke length that decides the amount of torque from the engine
to answer your question ( missing engine make and number of cylinders ) go google and type in ---engine specifications for ( missing details) and there you will see the cc , torque rating at set rpms and the theoretical HP

Nobody knows, because not even engines from the same make can produce a different power output. When you have different motors all with 452 cc, the output power can differ a factor 10.
There is no resemblance between horsepower and CC. You can calculate HP to Watt, and vice versa.
