Clean the TCR sensor window on the underside of the yellow imaging unit if dirty.Reinstall imaging unit or change imaging unit.

there is no c255c code but if it is a c2555 c2556 c2557 or any other c255 code it may need a new image unit. please give more info

Just take out the yellow toner and bang it about for a bit, then put it back in. If this doesn't cure the problem replace the yellow toner.

change the drum and the developer, clear the counter and run F8 function
