Question about Logitech R-20 Computer Speakers
Well my mum reformatted my computer when it didn't need it, but i have everything up and running except my logitech R-20 speakers. i cant remember if i got a CD in the package when i bought them but i think i just plugged it in and it started working. when i plug the cord into my mp3 player it works. but when i plug them into my computer, go into media player and choose a song the little cross goes next to the song name and a window comes up and says "Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it might be in use by another program, or it might not be functioning properly." can you tell me how i am ment to install them onto my computer pleeeease?
Well, there is this problem for XP computers.. And sometimes Windows Vista Basic:
*If you have a sound card, you have to unplug all chords and change the place of the soundcard, as to say, the slot or PCIe spot. Moving it MAY fix the problem. I too have a problem with my R-20 speakers. Or should I say my Bass, because the speakers works normally but the Bass gives a bzzzzzzzzzzzzzz bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzbzzzzzzzzzzz all the time. It dont play ANY bass at all.
