The temp won't increase, timer doesn't work and clock only decreases in time.
Sounds like there may have been a power failure or problem with the voltage when you were using this or before you did. Try shutting off the breaker for 5 minutes, turn it back on. This will reset the board in the oven. Then see if it works. If it still is defective, the voltage 'surge' may have destroyed the board. You may be able to turn it in to your insurance if that is the case, as from a storm that took out the oven when it hit and the power went out and then came back on. A clue is the keypad lights go dim and brighter then dim again.

If you control board quit working after using self clean, it may have been damaged by the heat of the self clean. When researsing why my oven control failed to work on an used range I purchased, severial people mentioned these oven were proned to heat damage when using the self clean. I replaced my control board and all now works.
The self clean cycle usually takes out the thermal fuses. I haven't seen it ruin a control board. There may be a problem with the touch pad. Sometimes the heat can warp the touch pad and the pads won't respond to the touch anymore. This could be the problem. It is much cheaper to have your control board rebuilt than buying a new one. I have had very good success sending boards in to corecentricsolutions.com
