Hi:
Try my generic fix for tablets. Press the on/off button and at the same time, press Volume+ button. Seems to have worked for many people. If it doesn't you may have a virus or you may have to try and reset it back to when you first got it. Hope my generic "freeze" fix, works.

perform a factory reset if you flip the tablet over there will be the word "reset", there will be a tiny hole just put a pin in for a bit then take it out.
