Hi guys: I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C252 I change from time to time for another one with less copies. I use to backup the settings and import them on the new machine. Always worked fine, until last machine. When I try to scan some sheets it create a PDF file for every sheet. I tried all differents configurations with no result. I think it can be a problem with the firmware version (this one could be older). Can anybody help me on the proccess of upgrading the firmware? Thanks in advance and excuse me about my english
I'm not sure what you want to do, but I have installed various BizHub machines.
User ID, is exactly what it is... Used to monitor and manage individual users.
Which OS is the machine you want to scan to?
Depending on machine, I will hint Konica Minolta FTP Utility...

Try using the Comapct PDF option as a file type.
This should be used if file size is a concern.
It applies a mathematical compression so will affect the quality of the scans very little.

Once you have selected PDF on the screen touch you Ulitly/Counter button, then select User settings, display settings, Scan Basic default.
